The International Executive Housekeepers Association’s (I.E.H.A.) Educational Conference & Convention will be held October 22 - 26, 2007 at the International Plaza Resort & Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Complete-package registrants through I.E.H.A. can attend the ISSA/INTERCLEAN® trade show and activities held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Orange County Convention Center, along with I.E.H.A.’s President’s Welcome Reception held at the International Plaza Resort & Hotel on Monday and the FSP Networking Luncheon held at the Convention Center on Tuesday.

The International Plaza Resort & Hotel will host many I.E.H.A. members and events. Starting Monday morning at the International Plaza, I.E.H.A. will hold an adjunct seminar series available at an additional cost to complete-package registrants. Following the seminar series will be the President’s Welcome Reception and will include a Caribbean Pool Party.

Tuesday morning will kick off with I.E.H.A.’s Awards Breakfast and Keynote at the International Plaza, followed by the FSP Networking Luncheon and educational seminars held at the Convention Center. The I.E.H.A. New Member Welcome, which is by invitation only, will occur later that day at the International Plaza. The evening will end with I.E.H.A. District Meetings also held at the International Plaza.

ISSA Seminars, available to all I.E.H.A. full-package registrants, open at 10:15 am on Wednesday morning at the Convention Center, following some early morning Educational Sessions. I.E.H.A. members will return to the International Plaza at 5:00 p.m. for I.E.H.A. Peer to Peer Networking, followed by the I.E.H.A. Business Session.

Thursday morning will open with ISSA’s Keynote address. Exhibits will open shortly following at the Convention Center. We will again offer the CEH/REH review session and proctored examination on Thursday, October 25 starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Convention Center for those members who need to renew their requirements in order to maintain their CEH or REH status.

Friday morning, members can head over to the Convention Center from 9 am – 1 pm for a full day to walk the trade show floor and enjoy their last day in sunny Orlando, Florida, before heading home.

Convention attendees are facility managers, housekeeping directors, etc. of all cleaning, maintenance, grounds, hazardous material, recycling, interiors, etc. in facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, hotels/motels, schools and universities, resorts, country clubs, entertainment properties, Federal, State and City government buildings, airports, and many more.
