Feedback Sought On Voluntary Cleaning Product Certification Program
The deadline for industry feedback sought by ISSA on the subject of a proposed cleaning product certification program is the end of business today, Wednesday, March 21.
The program, proposed by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) in southern California, would focus on institutional cleaning prodcuts, requiring them to be of "ultra low" volatile organic compound (VOC) content. ISSA member and industry feedback is important because the program or aspects of it may become mandatory on a state level.
General comments, as well as those on VOC limits and environmental criteria, are welcomed.
