Deb Group confirms that, through its Canadian subsidiary companies Deb Worldwide Healthcare Inc and Deb Canadian Hygiene Inc, court proceedings alleging patent infringement were filed on Monday 7 March 2011 in the Federal Courts of Canada against Ecolab Company.
 
The court documents allege infringement of Deb's Canadian patent number 2595025 entitled 'High alcohol content foaming compositions with silicone-based surfactants' which was filed on 7 March 2006 and granted in Canada on 25th January 2011.
