Cosby Leaves Keynote Attendees In Stitches
In his Keynote Address at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2008 in Las Vegas, Dr. Bill Cosby covered various topics, all of which kept attendees entertained.
Cosby touched on themes including the difference between having a job and having a career, the intricacies of his 44-year marriage and his generations growing older. Finally, he closed with his trademark routine on the rigors of going to the dentist.
Cosby mixed in a number of personal experiences and drew on the story of Adam and Eve as a springboard to explain how his marriage has changed throughout the years.
He explained that the sucessfull marriages, “only need one brain,” and that through the years he has now become, “his wife’s oldest child.” Cosby also explained how marriage was similar to working relationships between men and women and elaborated on the stereotypes that are associated with those relationships.
The Keynote was well received by all of those who were in attendance and offered a very welcomed laugh for attendees.
