Cleaning Chemicals Blamed for In-Flight Illnesses
A United Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Denver was evacuated after several people became violently ill mid-flight. The nearly 150 passengers aboard the flight were quickly quarantined while Hazmat experts examined the plane for suspicious content. Nothing was found.
According to reports from NBC affiliate, KVBC News 3, investigators suspect that the illnesses were caused by a reaction from a cleaning product containing ammonia.
