According to reports on SanDiego.com, San Antonio-based Sanitors Inc. has acquired the parent company of South Coast Building Services, the largest janitorial service for commercial and office buildings in San Diego. Sanitors said it acquired California Maintenance Inc. for an undisclosed price. CMI, which also operates janitorial services in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, has revenues of $30 million. Michael Abrahamson, founding partner of CMI, will continue to run the California operation for janitorial services for Sanitors in California.
