U.S. executives have seen a large change in the global labor market as they face a rapidly aging workforce and constantly increasing labor costs. According to reports on Forbes.com, there is also a shortage of suitable candidates for specialty jobs and the changing economy is making it difficult for companies to attract and retain enough qualified workers.

To identify and address some of the major issues facing executives, Forbes speaks with the president of Manpower, the second-largest provider of employment services. The interview focuses on issues such as employee retirement, hiring and training issues, temporary labor, and changing with the environment.
