KBM Facility Solutions Hires National Director of Operations
KBM Facility Solutions, San Diego, announces the appointment of Chris Tarase as the new National Director of Operations. Chris will be responsible for the expansion of national accounts, including national client relations, retention, and customer service. He will also oversee KBM's vendor partner network, focusing on vendor partner consolidation and compliance. He will be based out of KBM's regional office in Houston, Texas.
Asked about his appointment to KBM's executive team, he said, "I am excited about the opportunity. I am impressed with the culture and people at KBM and look forward to sharing all of the positive attributes KBM has to offer to our customers, prospects and employees."
Chris, who comes to KBM with more than 17 years of managerial, operational and customer relations experience in the janitorial, facilities and supply chain industries, was selected from a long list of qualified candidates. Among his list of accomplishments, he increased client retention and closed $44 million in new contracts while employed as the Senior Regional Manager of GCA Services Group, in Houston, TX. During his tenure as General Manager of CINTAS Corporation, his strategic acquisition plan resulted in 56% growth and the addition of 4 branch locations.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Cincinnati. He currently resides in Houston, with his wife, Joy, and 2-year-old son, Mason.
