ISSA Announces Best Customer Service Awards
ISSA congratulates the companies that were voted by their
customers as having provided the best customer service among all exhibitors at
the ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2010 trade show, held in Orlando, FL’s Orange
County Convention Center, November 9-12.
Distributors, building service contractors, and in-house service providers who attended ISSA/INTERCLEAN cast their ballots for the Best Customer Service Awards. The program was expanded this year to include 10 companies with booths 300 square feet or less and 10 with booths 400 square feet or more. Companies were grouped in five product categories: Chemicals; Disposables; Power Equipment; Supplies & Accessories; and Other Products, Services & Technology. The winners were chosen out of this year's more than 600 exhibitors.
Voters were asked to write in their choices based on which companies’ staffs best met attendee needs, answered questions, offered solutions, or provided an outstanding interaction when attendees visited the exhibitors’ booths.
