Microfiber Mops: Bright Idea For A Smart School

One of our Illinois-based distributors had a customer — a school district — with a bright idea. Pleased with the performance of microfiber mops in their floor cleaning arsenal, the school district wanted to use an O’Dell 16-inch Microfiber Mop Head, with its superior anti-microbial abilities, as a desk cleaning tool. Microfiber tools trap germs, thus eliminating dwell time and speeding up the cleaning process for custodians.

Naturally, a long mop handle would be a bit cumbersome for desk cleaning, so the distributor asked O’Dell to design a custom desktop handle for use with our Microfiber Mop Heads. Samples were produced and sent for testing. The school approved the design and O’Dell now manufactures desktop handles for use with microfiber mops.
