VVF Amenities, Houston, part of VVF Group with headquarters in Mumbai (Bombay), India, recently acquired Henkel Dial Corp.’s soap factory in Aurora, Ill.
While VVF will continue to operate as a contract manufacturer for Dial to make their retail bar soaps, the company has licensed the use of Dial brands for the production of amenity bar soaps and liquids for the North American lodging market.
