Results of a study found that the spray-and-squeegee touchless cleaning technology reduces the amount of microbial residue on tile by 99.9 percent and residue on grout by 98.1 percent. Simulated-urine residue was reduced by 97.4 percent on tile and 98.3 percent on grout. The string mop left 36 times more microbial bacteria on grout, while the flat mop left 40 times more simulated-urine on the surface when compared to spray-and-squeegee touchless cleaning technology.
