The Refresh Counter Top Foam is an in-the-counter soap fixture screwed into place from the counter top. A translucent, heat-shrink sleeve label fastens the pump to the bottle, reducing tampering possibilities and a sight window monitors product levels. The product offers 675 pumps of foam with light fresh fragrance. The product is Green Seal certified and meets requirements of USDS BioPreferred biobased products.
