Spartan Chemical Company announced the appointment of Cali Sartor as director of marketing, effective October 29, 2012.
Sartor most recently served as director of marketing and new business development for Winegard Company, where she drove the portfolio strategic plan and corporate development activities including development of the company's product, marketing and brand strategies. Before joining Winegard, Cali held the position of product line manager for Corning, Incorportated’s Strategic Growth Division. Prior to Corning, she served as senior manager of product marketing and marketing communications at Casacde Microtech. Additionally, Cali has held leadership positions in marketing and product development for Iomega, XIMETA, SkyDesk and nStor.
Cali brings a wealth of experience to the Spartan Chemical management team, having spent many years helping companies design, develop, and implement product development, brand management, and strategic development programs. Her specialties include NPI, product positioning, portfolio planning, strategic planning and development, as well as branding and PR.
Sartor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, where she studied marketing. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Portland State University in Portland, OR.
