Golden Star Acquires MIMA Towel and Supply


Golden Star Inc., Kansas City, Mo., announces the acquisition of MIMA Towel and Supply LLC, Asbury Park, N.J. Since its establishment in 2003 MIMA has become a leading innovator in microfiber products and applications.  Mike Nitto, Founder and CEO of MIMA, will be joining Golden Star and championing Golden Star’s new MIMA Microfiber Division with his knowledge and expertise in this field.
 
“The opportunity to broaden and deepen our microfiber line with MIMA’s opens a new era for us,” according to Steve Lewis and Earl Julo, Co-Presidents of Golden Star.  “Combining MIMA Microfiber’s anti-microbial cloths; luxurious, soft towels; and custom blended wipes with our microfiber and conventional mopping line further advances our goal of providing the entire spectrum of hard surface cleaning solutions.”
