Brady Acquires Apex Products Inc. in Northern Nevada

Brady Industries announces that it has acquired Apex Products Incorporated for an undisclosed amount.

“The acquisition of Apex Products is good not only for our company but for our customer base,” said Travis Brady, President, CEO of Brady Industries. He added, “We will be able to offer Apex customers a wider offering of products and services then they would previously have access to.”

Brady Industries is a 3rd generation family owned company that was founded in 1947 in Las Vegas. Brady Industries now serves five western states through seven distribution centers.

Apex Products, a janitorial supply distributor, has been serving clients in the Northern Nevada region with facility supplies since 1977. The company has earned a solid reputation of honesty, and consistent customer service.

“The newly created synergies are very positive for both organizations and our combined customers in Northern, Nevada," said Brady.

The acquisition of Apex Products falls in line with the company’s history of acquisitions as it has acquiring and strategically growing locations throughout the Western US since 1999.

Apex will join Brady’s current Reno office, and distribution center managed by General Manager Brian Cottrell. The facility is located at 5355 Capital Court in, Reno.

“We couldn’t be more pleased than we are with the growth of our Reno location since our opening two years ago”, said Ryan Banks, Vice President, Sales for Brady.

Banks noted that the location is growing rapidly and "we wanted to stoke that fire with this acquisition. Tahoe, Reno and Northern Nevada customers are important to us since we are a Nevada-based corporation.”
