Contracting Profits The Year Ahead

2009 was a year like no other for building service contractors. The crippling recession closed many doors and forced contractors to test the waters of new markets. In April, a global pandemic put the world on high-alert, but also gave BSCs an opportunity to showcase cleaning's important role in infection control. Green continued to become mainstream as more contractors embraced environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices. These were just a few trends BSCs experienced during the last 12 months.

2010 is only weeks old, but what does the new year have in store for BSCs? Contracting Profits asked cleaning product manufacturers for their insight into the key issues that will affect building service contractors in 2010.
