Employee Incentives That Work
Experts believe that employee retention is one of the top management issues facing cleaning professionals today, but some managers have implemented programs that will help eliminate that stigma. Brandon Baswell, building services manager at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., outlines some of the employee incentive and recognition programs that are in place to maintain a quality workforce within the university.
