Matting That Keeps You Going…And Going…

Foam mats are less expensive, but need to be replaced more often than other types of mats, due to their porous nature. These types of mats are often used in dry or light-to-medium traffic areas. Foam mats, traditionally, offer more options for color, texture and size.
Rubber bubble mats provide more comfort, and often come with beveled edges to reduce the risk of trips and falls. Some manufacturers make mats where the bubbles are offset, so an employee’s feet are constantly moving, maintaining consistent blood flow throughout the legs. This type of matting can withstand medium traffic areas.
Additional anti-fatigue matting options are available for areas where moisture is an issue.
