In foodservice areas of facilities, where grease and other organic compounds often soil floors, one of the number one areas of concern is safety – specifically, ensuring the risk of slip and fall accidents is low.
Tile flooring is commonly found in foodservice areas. A number of chemicals can help keep it clean. A general cleaner with degreaser should be used at least once daily after sweeping to remove soil and grease from the surface. Acidic tile cleansers can be used as well to deep clean and remove greasy buildups.
Green products include biodegradable grease digesting chemicals with enzymes that digest proteins, fats and starches found in food products.
