Courville Community Homes in Nashua New Hampshire, a leading nursing home chain, had a problem.
The facilities had transferred to green cleaning a while ago and were pleased with the results. But problems arose when the facility tested environmentally preferable chemicals for cleaning their carpets.
Apparently, many of the green products left a residue on the carpets after cleaning, and others simply did not perform all that well.
The residue is a problem because it leads to rapid resoiling. Additionally, the facilities wanted a product that would also help deodorize the carpets.
Michael Martin, a distributor with Swish-Kenko, offered a solution: ES 87 from Enviro-Solutions.
ES 87 is Green certified by EcoLogo, Green Seal, and the Carpet and Rug Institute.
“ES 87 works exceptionally well,” says Martin. “It cleans carpets, it deodorizes, and there is no residue left behind so no rapid resoiling.”
