Cleaning Machine: Bad Storms…Good Praise

The first week of August 2009 was unusually rainy and stormy in Eden, N.Y. — a small community located about 20 miles south of Buffalo.
 
At one point, as much as four inches of rain was pouring per hour, causing floods throughout the small city.
 
Along with homes and businesses, the storms impacted local schools as well.
 
According to James Shouldice, head custodian for Eden District schools, one school was flooded with several inches of water that filled the halls and classrooms.
 
To tackle the problem, Shouldice said he turned to his KaiVac machines.
 
“Out came the [KaiVac] machines and we quickly cleaned up the three inches of water flooding the school in no time,” Shouldice says.  “Without those machines, we would have a lot more damage than we did.”
 
Shouldice adds: “Great machines; I can’t say enough [good things] about our KaiVac machines.”
