Carpet Care: It's Green...And Performs

We are all getting much more conscious of our impact on the environment —and that applies to carpet cleaners as well.

For instance, John Anderson, a carpet cleaning veteran in Portland, Oregon, has transferred from a heavy truck-mount to a portable hot-water carpet extractor to help cut down on gas consumption.

Additionally, he has selected a low-moisture portable extractor that reduces water consumption by as much as two-thirds.
