The International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA), Westerville, Ohio and the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), Dalton, Ga., signed a joint Memorandum of Understanding.
In the memorandum, IEHA agrees to promote the use of CRI’s Seal of Approval (SOA)-certified products and equipment. The association will incorporate CRI’s library of Continuing Education Units into the curricula for IEHA’s Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) and Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) designation.

In return, CRI will offer IEHA members the chance to become SOA-certified Service Providers and offer them marketing support.
As more in-house service providers start to use CRI-certified equipment, distributors will need to ensure they are stocking the appropriate products.
